Applications Development Strategist
responsibilities
- Designing and developing MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and other applications.
- Responsible to develop any change request from other departments.

- Perform needed H/W and S/W repair.

- Understand and apply all Samsung policies and KPI’s .
- Repair IN warranty cases within 1Hr for available parts.
- Handle pending cases within 3 days max.
- Handle NDF cases and minimize return cases after repair.
- Perform IQC for all received cases.
- Minimize the repairs with core parts without affecting quality of repair.
- Minimize the customer refused cases.
- Achieving all KPI’s (Quality, repair time, no of cases and customer satisfaction).
- Inspect used parts according to Samsung policy before return.
- Inspect replacement cases (30 days).
- Handling multipart, broken and SAW approvals.
- Preform IMEI writing for all main board changed cases.
- Preform water test for all water resistance models after repair.
- Scan the QR code for all new and replaced parts.
- Handle system process on both sky and Samsung system.
- Apply all Samsung technical tips and trainings.
- Attend and pass Samsung certificate and exams.
- Reply for service tracking, complaint, call center and customer care inquiries (senior level).
- Handle work distribution between shift members (Senior level)

responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the customer center and solve their inquiries.
